Bliss-Following

[yes, i wrote this on my chalkboard!]

"When you follow your bliss... doors will open for you where you would not have thought there would be doors; and where there wouldn't be a door for anyone else." 

My mother has quoted these particular Joseph Campbell words to me ever since I was a little girl.  Talk about magic!  What higher power of magic could exist, than seeing things fall into place as you follow your heart?  Yes, it takes courage - often, gigantic leaps of faith - but it's amazing what the power of following your bliss can do.  

One of the greatest sources of life inspiration, for me, is to meet people who decide it's TIME.  Time to leap - to strategically focus specifically on what they want - time to leave the jobs that are making them miserable and strike out to make their dream-work become their daily work.  In truth, this blog was started in hopes that one day I can make a living as a writer... I can think of no lovelier career than be able to pen my inspirations, dreams and tales on a daily basis and then have my writings, in turn, provide enjoyment or inspiration for others.  As I've started this endeavor, I've noticed more and more the people in my life who are doing their own version of the very same thing.  

So I welcome you to this new chapter of my writings: Bliss-Following.  

Here, I will share the stores of the brave, the passionate, the leapers-of-faith - those that are out there following their bliss and following their hearts.  Maybe they'll inspire you as much as they inspire me...  Stay tuned :)
